Welcome to EchoAuth. By accessing or using my services, including but not limited to my bots, scripts, website designs, software, and other digital development products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use my Services.
1. Use of Our Services
- You agree to use my Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- You must not attempt to copy, resell, distribute, or modify any of my products without explicit written permission.
2. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery of any product or service.
- Once a product (such as a script, bot, or website design) is delivered, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- I reserve the right to refuse any order at my discretion.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and/or custom-made, refunds are generally not provided after delivery.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product was not delivered; or
- The delivered product does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials provided by EchoAuth are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Unless otherwise stated, I retain full ownership of all code and designs created.
- You may not claim my work as your own or redistribute it without permission.
- Custom projects may include a separate licensing agreement if requested.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and required materials (e.g., design assets, access credentials) in a timely manner.
- Delays caused by missing client input may result in project delays or additional fees.
6. Service Modifications
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.
I am not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EchoAuth is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data corruption resulting from the use of my Services.
- I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
8. Warranties Disclaimer
All Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
I make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- The performance, security, or reliability of my Services; or
- The suitability of my Services for any specific purpose.
9. Termination
I may suspend or terminate your access to my Services if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior.
10. Mail Server Services
I provide mail server infrastructure on a best-effort basis. The following conditions apply specifically to this service:
- I am not responsible if your domain ends up on a spam blacklist, as I have no control over the volume or quality of emails you send. In the event of blacklisting, I will provide guidance and reasonable assistance to help resolve the issue, but I do not guarantee delisting from any blacklist.
- Our mail server service is designed for standard transactional emails only.
- Fair use volume limits apply at all times.
- The use of my mail services for newsletters, bulk email campaigns, or any form of marketing communication is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a violation of the above conditions, I reserve the right to immediately shut down the mail server without prior notice and without providing a refund.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the EU.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on my official website or Shop page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the changes.
