Understand our refund policy and how to request a refund for our products and services.


Refund Policy

At EchoAuth, I strive to ensure my customers are completely satisfied with my products and services. Because most of my work involves custom digital products (such as bots, scripts, and website designs), my refund policy reflects the nature of these services.


1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once a product or service has been delivered, due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our work. I do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed and delivered digital goods (scripts, bots, designs, etc.)
  • Services that have already begun (development, customization, etc.)
  • User errors or incompatibility with third-party software

2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and you did not receive any updates from me.
  • The delivered product does not match the specifications clearly agreed upon before purchase (as per written communication or contract).
  • A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred.

All refund requests must include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.


3. Custom Orders

For custom projects (e.g. bots, scripts, or website designs):

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
  • If you cancel the project after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Partial refunds (if any) will be assessed based on the amount of completed work.

4. Digital Products

Once a digital file or license key is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Please ensure that you review all descriptions and ask any necessary questions before making a purchase.


5. Mail Server Services

Due to the nature of mail server infrastructure, the following refund conditions apply specifically to this service:

  • If your domain is placed on a spam blacklist as a result of your own email practices (excessive volume, low-quality emails, spam-like behavior), no refund will be issued. I have no control over the emails you send or their content.
  • If you violate the fair use policy by sending bulk emails, newsletters, or marketing communications, your mail server access will be terminated immediately without a refund.
  • Refunds for mail server services may only be considered if I am unable to provide the service due to technical issues on my end, and only if reported within 48 hours of the issue occurring.

6. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method you used for purchase.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting me first is considered a breach of my Refund Policy and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to all EchoAuth products or services.
  • Permanent blacklisting from future purchases or collaborations.
  • Possible legal action or collection procedures if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or in violation of the agreed terms.

I strongly encourage all customers to contact me directly before initiating any disputes. I always willing to review the situation and resolve any issues in a fair and professional manner.
